By accessing and using NextStage ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
NextStage provides an event ticketing platform with digital collectible "Relics" for each ticket purchased. You agree to:
All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled. Refund policies are determined by event organizers. NextStage processes payments on behalf of organizers and charges a 10% platform fee on ticket sales. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued according to the organizer's policy.
Relics are digital collectibles generated algorithmically when you purchase a ticket. Relics are not blockchain-based NFTs and have no inherent monetary value. They are provided as a commemorative feature of your event attendance. NextStage makes no guarantees about the future availability, tradability, or value of Relics.
NextStage offers premium subscription tiers (NextStage+, Pro Artist, Pro Venue) with enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
NextStage retains all rights to the platform, including the Relic generation algorithms, visual designs, and branding. Event organizers retain rights to their event content and imagery. By uploading content to NextStage, you grant us a license to display and promote your events on the platform.
NextStage is not responsible for event cancellations, venue issues, or the conduct of event organizers, artists, or attendees. We provide a platform for ticketing and event discovery but do not organize or produce events. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for tickets or subscription fees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and Relics, though tickets already purchased remain valid for event entry.
NextStage may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
